The courses for workers have the aim of training workers on safety at work making them aware of both their rights in the matter but also their legal obligations since, in fact, Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments a decree that provides for penal sanctions for all figures forming part of a corporate organization.

WHO IT’S FOR

The courses for workers are aimed at all workers of public and/or private companies, remembering that Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments defines the worker as “the one who works with or without pay even for the sole purpose of learning a trade”; the legislation in force therefore considers as workers not only those who have a subordinate type contract but also seasonal workers, those who have collaboration contracts, interns, volunteers, associates – workers, probationary contracts, etc.
The effectiveness of the training courses is assessed using a questionnaire with multiple choice questions.
