Courses for workers are aimed at training workers in occupational safety, making them aware of both their rights in this area and their legal obligations, since Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent amendments and additions is a decree that provides for penal sanctions for all figures in a company organisation.

WHO THE COURSE IS FOR

The courses for workers are aimed at all workers in public and/or private companies, bearing in mind that Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended and supplemented defines a worker as ‘a person who works with or without pay, even for the sole purpose of learning a trade’. The effectiveness of training courses is assessed by means of a questionnaire with multiple-choice questions.
